Involving our employees in the continuous improvement and innovation process
For over 10 years at Matra Électronique, we have pursued an active continuous improvement initiative, by which means we optimize and adapt processes to address tomorrow’s issues. Our employees’ involvement is carried out daily with lean management tools : 5s, e-post-it and workshop. Our actions are drived by an internal network of Green Belt and Yellow Belt and supervised by a Black Belt.
